My spirit for entrepreneurship and personalised care guided me to establish Reroot Integrated Mental & Physical Health Polyclinic, Community, & Home Healthcare in 2019. It is the first of its kind in India to integrate 36 streams of mental & physical health relevant to meet the challenges of mental illness treatments (reroot.care). I am also the founder director of Arête Centre for Human Excellence in 2025 that removes hurdles in people’s life, helps them reach their maximum potential, resulting in Individual & social capital growth (aretegrow.in).
I have been a guest speaker and workshop coordinator in venues such as Kodaikanal Christian College, Jain Deemed to be university, and others. I have provided employee mental health and performance development programs for companies such as Infosys at ITPL and start-ups/MSME.
In addition to psychiatric and psychotherapeutic practice, I have a passion for improving individual and organisational performance using psychotherapeutic and organisational psychological approaches. This is provided through Arête Centre for Human Excellence Pvt Ltd, for individuals of various ages and stages of life; and, to interested organisations/institutions at management, leadership, and board level. My emphasis in these aspects is Executive coaching for top leadership roles.
